Yatra.com Domestic signs advertising deal with Yahoo India
Yatra.com Domestic and Yahoo India have signed an advertising deal under which Yahoo India will feature Yatra.com as the recommended travel website on its homepage. Yahoo India will also provide display advertising inventory to Yatra.com on its Homepage, Finance and News sections. Yatra.com will also be featured as the Knowledge Partner on Yahoo Answers for Travel category.
Bharat Malik, head, online marketing, Yatra.com, has said, “It is a long term partnership, whereby we will harness the strengths of Yahoo, the preferred destination of Indian internet users. It will enable us to increase the brand awareness of Yatra.com and have a positive impact on our advertising in other online mediums as well.”

yeah right, i have seen the yatra banners on yahoo.co.in, its seem to me that yatra.com is doing good branding
I have also seen that these days yatra.com domestic is looking to do more online branding and i have read in news that they have done a deal with ebay india which is India’s leading eCommerce marketplace,eBay India customers can book their travel through a dedicated travel page containing special offers for them created by Yatra.com which will be linked directly from eBay India’s homepage.

I was looking for bus tickets from yatra.com, but not able to book as the site is too slow to open, looking for the bus from delhi to agra as compare to makemytrip.com there site is too fast finally after all hurdles i manage to book the bus tickets

I found the booking system on yatra.com simple yet easy to use. Really like the way to narrow down on the buses to book.However the bus was no up to the mark, hopefull the bus wallas will listen to the the customers and run some good quality buses.Overall a ‘decent’ experiece on bus booking on yatra.com.
There are good services on yatra.com. I use volvo bus mostly and use ksrtc and airavat. It is good that you can get all these now everywhere karnataka, kerala, tamil nadu and all places. I also booked hotel on yatra.com. I got discount on my bus ticket also and on my hotel also. So it was very cheap.
I have read the incident of Mohali resident Ajit Singh Ubhi and sector 21-based Jagroop Singh had planned a pleasure trip to Dubai for which they availed the services of Yatra.com domestic and they have served with only halal meat .The complainants being Sikh cannot consume halal meat as it is against the edicts of Sikhism. This definitely amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in services.
last month i have book a holiday to Thailand at unbeatable price of rupees 13499 at all inclusive, i have tried with other travel companies but not find cheaper than this, service of yatra.com is not good but i really find this package at my cost.
